Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end candidate journey across Mexico, Central America and Colombia. You will combine empathy, speed and AI‑driven automation to create a memorable hiring experience for executive assistants and other roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the candidate experience from first outreach through interviews and pre‑onboarding, ensuring clear and engaging communication.
• Design and continuously improve recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment processes moving with urgency while maintaining quality.
• Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, optimise workflows and enhance the candidate journey.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation tools to reduce manual work and scale a consistent experience.
• Introduce fresh ideas that make Viva’s interactions modern, thoughtful and memorable.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, people operations or related fields.
• Passion for applying AI to redesign recruitment workflows and eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setting.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Proven ownership mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously.
• Stable professional history with at least one tenure of 2 + years.
