Acquisition Manager – Real Estate Investments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to join our growing real‑estate investment team. This remote, full‑time position focuses on closing deals with inbound motivated seller leads and requires a proven ability to build rapport, negotiate, and finalize contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 10–20 inbound seller leads each day.
• Speak directly with property owners, build trust, and uncover motivation.
• Analyze opportunities, prepare and present offers.
• Negotiate price and terms, overcoming objections.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and manage leads in the CRM.
• Achieve a target of two signed contracts per week.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and the dispositions team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate acquisitions or wholesaling.
• Demonstrated track record of closing deals directly with sellers.
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Excellent understanding of the acquisitions process.
• Fluent, clear, and professional spoken and written English, easily understood by U.S. sellers.
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑driven.
• Not an entry‑level role; must be able to hit the ground running.
