Housing Specialist – Remote Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Housing Specialist to coordinate temporary and long‑term housing solutions for our clients. This remote position involves managing the entire housing lifecycle, from placement to move‑out, while ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate housing placements based on client needs, budget, and location requirements.
• Source and secure suitable housing options through property owners, landlords, and housing providers.
• Manage reservations, lease agreements, move‑ins, move‑outs, extensions, and renewals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the housing process.
• Maintain accurate records of housing inventory, leases, and client information.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housing coordination, relocation services, property management, real estate, or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM software.
