About the role

Provide primary contact for customers needing roadside assistance, coordinating timely and efficient towing services.

Key responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customers requesting roadside support.
Coordinate and dispatch towing and assistance services promptly.

Required profile

Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.

Required skills

Proficient with computers, VoIP systems, and web‑based tools.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
