Reporting Analyst

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join its San Pedro Sula office. The role focuses on gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights using BI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and define shop requirements through document analysis and stakeholder interaction.
• Develop business cases, needs analyses, and gap assessments to outline current and future states.
• Create clear documentation, including business requirements and technical specifications, and produce analytical reports.
• Design technical solutions and recommend efficiency improvements using Power BI or Tableau.
• Communicate production issues and resolutions to users and coordinate with the Shop and Maintenance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, computer science, economics, finance, or mathematics.
• 2‑3 years of experience as an analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.

• Tableau Desktop (certification preferred)
