About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Remote Travel Agent to advise clients, design personalized itineraries and manage bookings from the comfort of your home. You will have direct access to training, certifications and partnerships with major providers such as Disney, Universal, Xcaret, Princess, and Expedia.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on destinations, activities and travel options based on their preferences and budget.
• Create customized itineraries that include transportation, accommodation, activities and other services.
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals and tours using reservation systems and online platforms.
• Coordinate with tourism service providers to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and new offerings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of popular tourist destinations, transport and accommodation options is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
