About the role

The Customer Service and Commercial Support Specialist will assist the sales team by managing client documentation, handling commercial requests, and ensuring contractual paperwork is validated and stored correctly. This role also supports bid preparation and vendor contests by providing necessary information to sales executives.

Key responsibilities

• Process and respond to sales executives’ requests related to the sales cycle.
• Collect and verify documentation required for tenders and supplier contests.
• Maintain contractual documentation in the CRM system and oversee the client document repository.
• Send contractual documents for electronic signature after legal review.
• Welcome new clients, gather feedback on the commercial process, and manage contract renewals and policy requests.
• Report billing updates, contract assignments, and corporate name changes to the commercial team.
• Validate client documents for service order approvals and support audit processes.
• Assist management with reporting on client documentation and process optimization.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Administration or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience supporting sales teams and handling client documentation.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong objection handling and process control abilities.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Experience with a CRM platform.
