About the role

The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting and marketing the company's products, delivering excellent customer service, and helping the team meet sales targets. The role involves maintaining product presentation at retail points, following up with customers, and supporting various commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products at assigned points of sale.
• Provide personalized advice and assistance to customers.
• Follow up on potential customers and sales opportunities.
• Achieve established commercial goals and objectives.
• Maintain orderly and attractive product displays.
• Verify product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Prepare sales and activity reports.
• Support promotional events, campaigns, and commercial activities.

Required profile

• Reside in San Pedro Sula.
• Complete high school education (Bachillerato).
• Minimum two years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication and persuasive speaking abilities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and goal‑driven mindset.
• Proactive, responsible, dynamic, and organized personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using SAP.
