About the role
PORSALUD is seeking a Quality Analyst to strengthen its Quality Management System and ensure patient safety. The role focuses on continuous improvement of processes and services within a healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Identify, manage, and resolve risks, non‑conformities, and improvement actions.
- Track and analyze quality and patient‑safety indicators.
- Support audit follow‑up activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
Required profile
- Degree or technical training in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, risk management and patient safety concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Analytical mindset, effective communication and strong orientation toward quality.
