About the role

AkiCash, a Honduran vehicle‑financing specialist, is looking for a Commercial Advisor to guide prospective customers through every step of the auto‑loan process. The role is full‑time, onsite in San Pedro Sula, and focuses on delivering clear, honest information so clients can make confident financing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with potential clients from first contact to contract closure, answering queries and explaining financing requirements.
• Present credit options, compare alternatives, and help customers choose the most suitable solution.
• Track and follow up on financing applications, ensuring data is up‑to‑date in internal systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, able to explain financing processes clearly.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience, with a focus on closing beneficial agreements.
• Basic commercial‑marketing knowledge to support client acquisition and retention.
• Preferably experience in financial products, banking, credit services, or similar commercial environments.
• Goal‑oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple requests simultaneously.
