About the role

The company distributes medical‑surgical materials and biotech products for doctors, health centres, patients and the general public. As a National Sales Advisor you will drive commercial growth by promoting, marketing and positioning the product portfolio across Honduras.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve revenue and market‑share targets.
• Manage relationships with physicians and key customers, identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to guide product positioning.
• Coordinate national travel schedules and ensure timely coverage of assigned territories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Chemistry or Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Residence in San Pedro Sula or surrounding areas.
• Flexible schedule and availability for frequent travel.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
