Asesor de Ventas Can‑Am – San Pedro Sula

About the role

Lama Motors, the official distributor of Can‑Am in Honduras, is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join its San Pedro Sula dealership. You will be the main point of contact for customers interested in the Can‑Am line, managing the full sales cycle and delivering a premium, personalized buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly unit sales targets for Can‑Am vehicles.
• Develop, nurture, and maintain an active client portfolio through calls, visits, and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Provide expert product guidance, conduct demonstrations and test rides.
• Prepare quotations, explain financing options, and coordinate final delivery of the vehicle.
• Maintain inventory movement and support showroom operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, motorcycles, finance, insurance or high‑value retail.
• Current residence in San Pedro Sula.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods or month‑end closures.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation ability and customer‑service focus.
• Valid driver’s license with experience driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
