Asesor de Ventas KGM – Tegucigalpa

About the role

Lama Motors, the official distributor of KGM, is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join its team in Tegucigalpa. You will be the key link between customers and the KGM vehicle line, managing the full sales cycle and delivering a premium, personalized buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for KGM vehicles.
• Develop, maintain, and nurture a portfolio of clients through calls, visits, and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Provide expert guidance, conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives.
• Prepare quotations, explain financing options, and coordinate final vehicle delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, finance, insurance or high‑value retail.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation skills and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Flexible availability for extended hours during peak periods or month‑end closures.
• Current residence in Tegucigalpa.
