About the role

The Financial Advisor will promote the bank’s deposit accounts, consumer credit lines and personal loans to customers in Danlí, aiming to increase the institution’s capture and portfolio growth. The role involves direct interaction with clients, explaining product benefits, and delivering debit cards where applicable.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and open investment and savings accounts.
• Digitize, integrate and safeguard physical capture files for the branch.
• Increase client base and deposit balances.
• Issue debit cards for eligible products.
• Register payment requests to beneficiaries.
• Promote personal loans and additional financial services.
• Conduct outbound prospecting (cambaceo) for new and reactivated clients.
• Manage credit files and follow up on loan applications.
• Perform telephone collections for overdue accounts.
• Handle client complaints and ensure follow‑up.
