About the role

The Sales Floor Assistant is responsible for handling product flow within the store, from receiving shipments to displaying items for customers. This position ensures that the sales area remains organized, clean, and stocked, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and store profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and transfer them to display cases, cold rooms, or customer routes.
• Enter received merchandise into the inventory system and place it on the sales floor according to customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the self‑service area and ensure quality standards are met.
• Arrange products attractively in vitrines to maximize visibility and sales.
• Travel to various city locations for deliveries, handling unpredictable weather and safety risks.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (high school).
• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of quality and food‑safety processes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance, good personal hygiene, proactive attitude, and strong service orientation.
