B2B Sales Representative – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

Phase V Fulfillment provides end‑to‑end 3PL services for ecommerce and direct‑to‑consumer merchants. We are looking for a Business‑to‑Business Sales Representative focused on the LATAM market to build relationships with companies that need warehousing and fulfillment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new business clients through outbound outreach and follow‑up.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer logistics needs and business objectives.
• Present tailored fulfillment and warehousing solutions.
• Maintain long‑term relationships and regular follow‑up throughout the sales cycle.
• Keep an organized sales pipeline and update CRM records accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑off from sales to implementation.
• Achieve established sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Proven prospecting, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• 100 % remote work, Monday‑Friday (9:00 AM‑5:00 PM ET).
• Base salary of $1,400 USD per month plus commission.
