Bilingual Call Center Agent (English & Spanish) – Work From Home

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our remote team supporting the US and Canadian insurance markets. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings and maintaining customer records.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound call traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers.
• Qualify prospects and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records up to date.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal communication.
• Ability to work 9‑hour shifts, five days a week (9 AM – 6 PM EST).
• Strong work ethic, fast‑learning attitude, and comfort with small talk and objection handling.
• Reliable high‑speed fiber optic internet connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 11 operating system.
• Proficiency with macOS operating system.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $4.54 (approximately $900 USD per month for 198 hours).
• Performance incentives up to $500 USD per month.
• Overtime compensation for additional hours.
