Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist & Sales Consultant – Aesthetics & Dermatology

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, patient‑focused professional to join a newly opened Aesthetic & MedSpa practice. The role combines front‑desk duties with sales support, guiding clients through cosmetic treatment options and scheduling procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Discuss and promote aesthetic treatments such as Botox, laser procedures, microneedling, RF and PRP, answering patient questions and encouraging bookings.
• Welcome patients, manage phone and message communications, and coordinate provider appointment schedules.
• Assist with opening‑day operations, administrative tasks, and patient follow‑ups to strengthen retention.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system, preferably AestheticPro.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or a medical‑spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of core non‑surgical cosmetic treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a high‑end customer‑service demeanor; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and interested in long‑term growth with a brand‑new practice.

Required skills

• AestheticPro EMR (or willingness to learn).

What we offer

• Full‑time contractor position (40 hours/week) with a starting rate of $6 per hour.
• Monday‑Friday schedule aligned with EST.
