Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative

About the role
Launch your career in the U.S. insurance industry from Tegucigalpa. You will support U.S. insurance agencies by assisting policyholders in both English and Spanish, handling service requests and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Help policyholders by phone, email and text in English and Spanish.
- Process service requests such as policy changes, billing questions, ID cards and certificates of insurance.
- Support renewals and follow‑ups to keep clients protected and loyal.
- Collect documents and prepare information for quotes.
- Document every interaction accurately in the agency’s systems.
- Work closely with agents and account managers to resolve issues quickly.
Required profile
- Fluent English and Spanish (not conversational).
- Customer service experience, preferably phone based.
- Empathy, professionalism and strong attention to detail.
- Problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
- High energy and willingness to grow with the company.
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
