Bilingual Medical & Dental Receptionist / Admin (Remote)

About the role

Vital Virtuals seeks a reliable, compassionate, and highly organized bilingual professional to provide front‑office support for a growing behavioral health practice. This remote position involves handling patient communications in both English and Spanish while ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patient calls in English and Spanish and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Verify insurance, update patient records, and manage referrals, faxes, and medical documents.
• Respond to patient inquiries professionally and coordinate with providers and clinical staff.
• Perform data‑entry and other administrative tasks while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist, medical virtual assistant, or healthcare administrator preferred.
• Strong communication, phone etiquette, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA‑compliant virtual desktop.

Required skills

• EHR/EMR experience (preferred).
• Time Doctor usage.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $6.00 for the first 90 days, increasing to $7.00 thereafter.
