Bilingual Medical Front Desk Specialist – Pediatric Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking a patient‑focused, organized Front Desk Medical Assistant to support a pediatric practice. The role involves high‑volume call management, patient scheduling, onboarding new families, and precise vaccine coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact via phone and messaging using Spruce, handling family inquiries and appointment scheduling.
• Register and onboard new pediatric patients, ensuring intake paperwork and consents are sent and tracked via DocuSign.
• Coordinate pediatric vaccination schedules and accurately log vaccine records into the CharmHealth EHR.
• Maintain accurate patient charts in CharmHealth and collaborate with staff using Google Workspace tools.

Required profile

• Direct experience working at the front desk of a U.S. pediatrics practice.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a warm, reassuring telephone manner.
• Familiarity with pediatric vaccine tracking and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) on a Monday‑Friday schedule, 8‑5 EST.
