About the role
We are seeking an experienced bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of personal injury claims, maintaining communication with Spanish‑speaking clients and assisting in case development, documentation, and settlement preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation support.
- Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication in both English and Spanish.
- Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other case‑related documentation.
- Draft correspondence, demand packages, and legal documents.
- Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in claims.
- Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate case files.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
Required profile
- Minimum 4‑5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, focusing on motor vehicle accident cases.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
