Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative to support commercial insurance accounts. The position is fully remote and focuses on delivering timely, accurate assistance to a predominantly Spanish‑speaking client base.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to client emails.
• Process routine policy, document, payment, and status requests.
• Support quoting processes and follow up with clients and carriers.
• Manage renewal workflow, certificates of insurance, and endorsements.
• Follow up on claims, billing, and cancellation notices.
• Communicate directly with carriers and wholesalers.
• Maintain complete documentation in the EZLynx system.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
