Business Manager – Private Brand Category

About the role

Daymon International is seeking a Business Manager to lead Private Brand categories in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The role owns revenue, profit and development for assigned categories, handling negotiations, new launches and supplier contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Implement methods to determine and establish retailer objectives.
• Develop actions, business plans, budgets and conduct quarterly and semi‑annual business reviews.
• Identify innovation needs and interpret trend and sales analysis data.
• Lead new product development and elaborate the annual launch plan.
• Manage the NPD process from sourcing to shelf, coordinating IDC team support.
• Analyze and develop marketing plans, product promotions, advertising, in‑store displays and inventory forecasting.
• Conduct supplier negotiations, close new conditions and secure Daymon contracts.
• Support monthly supplier invoicing and assist with brokerage collection.
• Accountable for category budget, P&L and NPD process deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in FMCG or food retail.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing and category reviews.
• Proven track record in business reviews and new item development.
• Strong customer focus and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and oral).
