Chocolate Shop Manager – San Pedro Sula

About the role
We are expanding our chocolate shop brand to San Pedro Sula and need a dedicated manager to lead the new location. The role includes a three‑month training period in Siguatepeque while the store is being prepared for launch.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a three‑month training program in Siguatepeque.
- Oversee opening procedures and store remodel.
- Recruit, train, and supervise new hires.
- Maintain product quality, service efficiency, and store cleanliness.
- Assist with production tasks such as drink orders, cleaning, and basic food preparation when needed.
Required profile
- Excellent references and a trustworthy reputation.
- Business training or relevant retail experience.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle basic accounting.
- Willingness to work hands‑on in production and service areas.
