Client Support Representative – Afternoon Shift

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Client Support Representative to join its San Pedro Sula team on the afternoon shift. You will act as the primary point of contact between customers and mobile delivery units, ensuring shipments are tracked, schedules are optimized, and communication flows smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of Charger Logistics' products and services.
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions and build lasting relationships.
• Deliver real‑time track‑and‑trace updates and resolve freight‑related issues.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders across multiple systems.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers and coordinate customs paperwork.
• Follow established billing procedures and support the Customer Service Manager as needed.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer‑service experience is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution, and escalation skills.
• Excellent time‑management ability with capacity to multitask and prioritize.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
