Cold Caller – Spanish Bilingual (Lead Generation)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Spanish‑bilingual Cold Caller to generate leads, schedule qualified appointments, and support our insurance quoting process. You will lead outbound outreach through calls, texts and emails while keeping our CRM accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume outbound cold calls to targeted lists, pitch services and qualify prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments and manage calendar bookings for the sales team.
• Execute multi‑channel follow‑ups via phone, SMS and email.
• Gather preliminary information to assist insurance quoting and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate lead records, update status in real‑time and clean databases within HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Handle general email correspondence, calendar organization and basic customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume cold calling, telemarketing or outbound lead generation (insurance experience preferred).
• Resilient mindset, comfortable handling rejection and delivering engaging pitches.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with strong listening skills.
