About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team in San Pedro Sula. The role focuses on building strategic alliances and developing business opportunities within the retail and complementary services sectors. You will work closely with the field operation to drive sales growth and strengthen key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate B2B partnerships with retailers, insurers, and financial service providers.
• Manage commercial channels and key accounts to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market data to support strategic decision‑making.
• Coordinate field execution activities and ensure alignment with operational teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience, preferably in retail, insurance, extended warranties, consumer goods or financial services.
• Proven track record in B2B negotiation and account management.
• Strong strategic vision and ability to work autonomously in the field.
• Analytical mindset with comfort handling data for decision‑making.
