About the role

The Operations and Services Coordinator ensures that logistics and service activities are carried out efficiently, safely and on time. The role oversees the end‑to‑end flow of products from receipt to delivery, managing personnel, vehicles, routes and inventory to guarantee reliable service for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily logistics operations, including receiving, storage, order preparation, distribution and delivery.
• Plan routes, allocate vehicles and schedule staff according to operational needs.
• Monitor delivery times, inventory accuracy, productivity per route and cost per delivery.
• Resolve delays, returns, complaints, transport failures and any disruptions in the supply chain.
• Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Lead operational staff and ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics operations, distribution, transportation or supply chain management.
• Proven experience leading operational teams, managing routes and resources, and handling logistics incidents.
• Strong knowledge of logistics management, distribution, transportation, inventory control and route optimization.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar logistics software.
