About the role

World Vision Honduras is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the Integrated Sponsorship program in the Yamaraguila cluster, Intibucá. The role focuses on strengthening staff and community structures while ensuring children’s meaningful participation and safeguarding standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Integrated Sponsorship model across area programs.
• Build capacity of staff and community structures.
• Promote meaningful participation of children, adolescents and youth.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safeguarding and information‑management standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Social Work, Educational Administration, Social Development Management or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in operational planning and social project management.
• Experience building and strengthening community networks.
• Experience using participatory and playful methodologies with children and youth.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, innovation and results‑orientation.
• Excellent technical writing and computer‑tool proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate 4x4 vehicles.
• Advanced English is desirable.
• Commitment to child protection and safeguarding.
