Key responsibilities

• Review applications, conduct interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain ATS and pipeline, and support pre‑onboarding.
• Create a thoughtful candidate experience that is clear, timely, engaging, and respectful.
• Refine candidate communications, interviews, surveys, and resources, and propose improvements.
• Use data and feedback to identify friction points and implement practical enhancements.
• Build smarter workflows using AI and automation to reduce manual work while preserving human connection.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience improving candidate, employee, or customer experience.
• Strong English communication (C1+), both written and spoken.
• Candidate‑focused mindset, noticing confusion or neglect and seeking improvements.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with Notion, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, ATS platforms, and automation tools.
• Minimum 2 years tenure in at least one of the last three roles.
