About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Corporate Travel Analyst to support travel and mobility arrangements for its global clients and employees. This fully remote position involves coordinating logistics across multiple time zones, cultures, and regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, and related services.
• Support cost projections and expense‑report processes.
• Analyze existing travel processes to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of passport, visa, and other regulatory requirements for various destinations.
• Coordinate mobility processes, including flights, housing, and related arrangements.
• Document procedures and contribute improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Experience in travel, mobility, or logistics coordination.
• Proficient English communication skills.
