Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for our clients and employees. This fully remote position involves coordinating flights, accommodations, visas, and related services while ensuring compliance with global travel regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and other services according to requirements and budget.
• Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of passport, visa, and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies or government officials.
• Document and update travel processes, proposing improvements where needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.
