Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

The Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent will coordinate international travel and relocation logistics for employees and clients of INDI. Working fully remotely, you will ensure seamless travel experiences while complying with global regulations and optimizing costs.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and manage flights, accommodations, ground transportation, insurance and related services.
• Prepare cost projections, handle expense reporting and reconcile travel invoices.
• Analyze travel processes to identify efficiency gains and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Stay current on international travel regulations, visa requirements and government policies.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate relocation logistics with external agencies.
• Document, maintain and continuously improve operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of corporate travel operations experience.
• At least 4 years of end‑to‑end travel planning experience.
• Familiarity with international travel regulations, visas and mobility requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Good level of English proficiency.
