Customer Service Agent – Bilingual Spanish/English

About the role

Join a leading customer service program in Honduras, supporting clients in the United States and Mexico. As a Customer Service Agent you will handle inbound calls and chats, provide clear solutions, and ensure a friendly, professional experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and chat inquiries from customers.
• Follow up on requests, including outbound calls when needed.
• Assess customer needs and guide them to the best solution.
• Maintain acceptable call times while delivering helpful service.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
• Escalate issues appropriately and demonstrate urgency in responses.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance.
• Uphold a positive attitude and represent the company well.
• Utilize department resources, policies, and procedures effectively.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months proven experience in customer service, call center, or similar roles.
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish; clear communication in English is a plus.
• Strong customer‑orientation and ability to follow up on commitments.
• Empathy, patience, and skill in handling difficult customers.
• Problem‑solving mindset with critical‑thinking abilities.
• Professional interpersonal skills and respectful attitude.

Required skills

• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Effective navigation of internet browsers, email, and instant‑messaging tools.
• Basic computer literacy.
