Database Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator to design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases. You will ensure data quality, performance, and stability while supporting ETL processes and collaborating with end‑users to implement database changes.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage database tables, views, functions, stored procedures, schemas, and dictionaries.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, monitoring performance and stability.
• Implement database changes based on user requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Import data from various sources such as text files, linked servers, APIs, and web services.
• Design logical and physical data models for OLTP, OLAP, data warehousing, and decision‑support systems.
• Troubleshoot ETL issues and write custom scripts using PowerShell or other shell languages.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012+).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements in a fast‑paced environment.
