About the role

The Center for Training Nursing Assistants (CEFFAE) is looking for a part‑time, hybrid Nursing Teacher to deliver theoretical‑practical courses to nursing assistant students. You will work both on‑site in San Pedro Sula and remotely for class preparation and grading.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and laboratory sessions following the approved curriculum.
• Design and coordinate practical activities in labs and clinical settings.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams and supervised practice.
• Develop and update teaching materials in line with current health standards.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, safety and biosecurity protocols.
• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve the program.

Required profile

• Degree in Nursing (master’s preferred) with a current professional registration.
• Experience in education and training, especially hands‑on nursing procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of health protocols, biosecurity and professional ethics.
• Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to high‑quality education.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools for hybrid teaching.
