Ejecutivo Comercial – Freight Forwarding y Logística Internacional

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to drive new business and manage long‑term client relationships for our international freight forwarding and logistics services. The role focuses on prospecting, acquiring and growing import‑export customers, from need identification through negotiation and contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new import and export clients.
• Identify market opportunities in international trade.
• Manage and develop an assigned client portfolio.
• Conduct visits, meetings and commercial presentations.
• Gather client logistics requirements and prepare quotation requests.
• Coordinate with the Pricing team to create commercial proposals.
• Follow up quotations, negotiate terms within company guidelines and close sales.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
• Record all activities in CRM, Magaya or other designated systems.
• Achieve individual sales targets and portfolio growth objectives.

Required profile

• Technical or university degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in logistics, international transport or freight forwarding.
• Proven ability in prospecting, portfolio management, quotation follow‑up, negotiation and closing.
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms, import/export procedures and Honduran customs regulations.
• Own a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel for commercial visits.

Required skills

• Intermediate English.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Magaya.
• Understanding of maritime, air and land international logistics services.
