About the role

Galeas Arquitectos is seeking a Commercial Executive to expand its client portfolio and promote its architecture and construction services. The role involves direct interaction with prospective and existing clients, presenting solutions that match their project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the architecture and construction sector.
• Conduct on‑site visits and face‑to‑face meetings with clients.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure solutions align with client requirements.
• Track sales opportunities, follow up with accounts, and maintain organized client records.
• Generate sales reports and contribute to commercial strategy planning.

Required profile

• Proven commercial aptitude and experience in selling architecture or construction services.
• Strong ability to follow up on opportunities and maintain active client relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear proposal delivery and negotiation.
• Customer‑service orientation with experience in advising and supporting clients.
• Education in administration, marketing, architecture or related fields.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
