About the role

This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of insurance policy renewals and providing comprehensive customer service to an assigned portfolio of clients. The role combines operational administration with proactive cross‑selling to strengthen client relationships and meet commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and complete follow‑up of the policy renewal process for assigned clients.
• Administer policies and endorsements accurately and timely.
• Provide operational support to the collections area, ensuring correct application of guidelines.
• Assist in the handling of client claims, facilitating an agile and orderly process.
• Conduct service activities such as visits, calls, reports, and presentations.
• Respond to client inquiries and requirements, delivering solutions within established standards.
• Maintain availability according to the needs of the assigned portfolio.
• Record, update, and monitor information in internal systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities, proposing additional protection solutions to meet commercial goals.

Required profile

• Technical or university studies (ongoing or completed) in Administration, Banking, Finance, Insurance or related fields.
• Previous experience in administrative, operations or customer‑service roles (desired, not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of auto, fire or property insurance (desired).
• Ability to learn internal regulations, policies, and insurer guidelines.
• Strong orientation to operational tasks, attention to detail, and basic analytical skills.
• Organized time management and a customer‑service focus.
• Responsibility, commitment to processes, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Capability to handle dissatisfied customers professionally and follow cases to closure.
• Proactive attitude and, preferably, English language skills.
