About the role

The Membership Sales Executive will promote and sell club memberships to individuals and businesses, helping them access exclusive benefits and savings. This external-facing role is key to expanding the member base and driving revenue growth for PriceSmart.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell membership plans to prospective members.
• Represent the club at trade shows, community fairs and promotional events.
• Identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities with existing members.
• Build and expand professional networks through industry events and associations.
• Gather feedback from members and prospects and relay suggestions to management.
• Assist in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns.
• Proactively contact at‑risk members to address concerns and improve retention.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of university studies in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; preferably a graduate.
• At least two years of experience selling intangible products with a proven sales record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
