About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead the commercial strategy and drive sales growth, developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute commercial strategies to increase sales, expand the client portfolio, and grow market share.
• Lead and develop the sales team, set goals, define performance indicators, and monitor results.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strategic relationships with key customers.
• Analyze market trends, competition, pricing, and industry developments to generate growth opportunities.
• Manage quotations, negotiations, and close high‑value deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related fields; civil engineering or other technical background is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven sales experience in automotive, heavy equipment, parts, light vehicles, construction or agricultural machinery sectors.
• Experience in B2B sales and corporate client negotiations.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong leadership, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
