About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Supply Chain Manager to lead the transformation of our supply chain across the group. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong results orientation, and the ability to drive efficiency, cost optimisation and robust procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics and supplier management at a corporate level.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the corporate strategy for procurement, sourcing, inventory and logistics, establishing policies and standards for all group companies.
• Lead strategic supplier negotiations to secure better commercial terms, quality, delivery times and cost reductions.
• Oversee demand planning, inventory levels and supply to minimise stock‑outs, over‑stock and associated costs.
• Implement and monitor KPIs for cost, inventory, supplier performance, delivery times and overall chain efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for centralised purchasing, economies of scale and process optimisation across the organisation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, Projects and Administration to align sourcing with business needs.
• Develop and strengthen processes, controls and technological tools to improve traceability and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Preferred Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics or an MBA.
• More than 10 years of experience leading supply chain, procurement or logistics functions.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation, inventory management and corporate national/international purchasing.
• Strategic thinking, strong leadership and high negotiation capability.
