About the role

World Vision is seeking a Grants Design and Resource Mobilization Specialist to lead proposal‑development teams and craft high‑quality funding proposals for institutional and private donors. This position is based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and focuses on opportunities up to $5 million.

Key responsibilities

Lead internal and external proposal‑development teams.
Draft complete or partial proposals for institutional and private donors.
Support World Vision’s positioning and identify new funding opportunities.

Required profile

Degree in Project Management, International Cooperation, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum five years of experience designing, formulating, and managing development projects.
Strong knowledge of systems, procedures, and regulations of international cooperation agencies.
Proven negotiation abilities and capacity to build strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Open to local applicants only.
