Inside Sales Representative – Vehicle Transportation

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will convert qualified leads into customers for vehicle transportation services. The role involves high‑volume inbound and outbound calling, presenting shipping solutions, and closing sales in a KPI‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via phone, email, and other channels.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up consistently with leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicle transportation solution.
• Explain transportation options, pricing, timelines, and the overall shipping process.
• Prepare and present customized quotes and negotiate while protecting company margins.
• Overcome objections, ask for the sale, and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM and follow established sales processes.
• Build trust, provide transparent information, and ensure a positive customer experience from inquiry through booking.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, call‑center sales, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Experience in a high‑volume sales environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Motivated by numbers, comfortable with accountability, and consistently strives to exceed targets.
