About the role

Distribuidora Istmania is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the strategic development of its wine portfolio. The role will design and execute brand plans that drive business growth, strengthen market positioning, and support the company’s commercial and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual plan for assigned wine brands.
• Manage the wine portfolio to ensure sales growth and profitability.
• Design and launch marketing campaigns and promotional plans.
• Analyze commercial indicators, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Administer the marketing budget for the assigned brands.
• Coordinate new product launches and positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Communication teams for effective market execution.
• Maintain relationships with international suppliers and represented houses.
• Prepare performance reports and present strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or similar roles.
• Experience in fast‑moving consumer goods, beverages, or alcoholic drinks preferred.
• Knowledge of the wine market, consumption trends and positioning strategies is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and analyze commercial metrics.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is desirable.
• Advanced command of English.
• Willingness to travel.
