About the role

The Head of Payroll Channels will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role also leads commercial teams to achieve sales and profitability targets while delivering agile service to business customers and internal collaborators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients, focusing on retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and lead commercial teams to meet sales goals and profitability objectives.
• Design and execute action plans that provide fast, efficient service to business customers.
• Promote financial inclusion and financial education within the payroll segment.
• Oversee the delivery of banking insurance products, payroll accounts, loans, credit and debit cards, and electronic channel services.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of banking insurance, payroll accounts, credit and debit cards.
• Proven ability to lead commercial teams and manage long‑term corporate client relationships.
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience as a payroll coordinator, corporate banking executive, or administrative manager.
