About the role
The Workshop Manager will lead the preventive and corrective maintenance program for a diverse fleet that includes automotive, construction, and smaller equipment. Based in El Bijagual, Olancho, the role ensures reliable machine hours and maximizes asset life through efficient inspections and timely repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all fleet assets.
- Coordinate inspections and repairs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Monitor machine‑hour reliability and report performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with delivery schedules and production targets.
- Oversee workshop processes and manage the maintenance team.
Required profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a mechanical workshop leader handling vehicle fleets.
- Willingness to work on‑site in El Bijagual, Olancho.
