About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Experience Associate to join our remote team in Honduras. You will handle customer inquiries across email, phone and social media, delivering fast, friendly solutions while representing our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media, ensuring quick resolution and a positive impression.
• Identify upselling and product promotion opportunities during conversations.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude to draft responses, research information, and streamline workflow.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve team processes and customer service.
• Learn and use cloud‑based CRM and help‑desk platforms with paid training from day one.
• Collaborate with a small, supportive team focused on growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one (e.g., communications, marketing, administration).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and solution‑focused attitude.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Required skills

• Familiarity with cloud‑based software.
• Experience or willingness to use AI tools (e.g., Claude).
