Junior Logistics Coordinator – Weekend Shift

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is expanding its Customer Service Department in San Pedro Sula and seeks a motivated Junior Logistics Coordinator to provide weekend coverage. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling order processing, shipment tracking, and coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build expert knowledge of company products and services and maintain rapport with customers.
• Provide track‑and‑trace updates, resolve freight issues, and keep customers informed on order status.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders across multiple interfaces.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers and coordinate customs paperwork with other departments.
• Follow established procedures for billing and perform duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics and customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a weekend shift (Friday‑Monday, 6 am‑5 pm or 1 pm‑11 pm).

Required skills

• Fluency in English.
